Shipping policy

Order Processing & Lead-Times
We strive to process and fulfill your orders within 1-3 business days. However, delays may occur, extending processing time up to 5-7 business days or longer. Please note that the estimated time to ship reflects order processing time and not delivery time.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, excluding Federal Holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Please ensure that your address and contact information are accurate at the time of order placement. Failed delivery attempts and returned shipments due to incorrect information will be considered non-refundable.

Carriers
We ship using both USPS and UPS, and the shipping rate is determined by shipping location.  We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

Lost Packages / Undelivered Items
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments once the order has been processed, marked as shipped, and a tracking number has been provided. If your package is lost or undelivered, you must complete the missing mail order process with the respective carrier.
